As soon as your Lady confirms the appointment the order will change its status and you will get your Conference Code. The notification with the Conference Code will be also send to your e-mail.
At the appointed day and time call our Conference toll-free number +1 (866) 323-5852 and enter the Conference Code.
The conversation starts once the interpreter and your Lady are on the line. Since the moment the timed call begins.
Once the conversation is over, the additional credits for the extra minutes will be deducted from your account (if the conversation lasted for more than 10 minutes).
If your call does not go through, you will be issued an immediate refund.

The time of your conversation with the Lady is timed from the moment the conversation starts. Any remaining seconds are rounded to the nearest minute. E.g.: 9,24 minutes of your talk will be equated to 10 minutes.
If the Lady speaks English, and you can communicate with her without any help of the interpreter, the conversation is still considered and charged at the Call Me rate.
The minimum payment is 100 credits , which makes up 10 minutes of your talk with the Lady. This means that even if you speak less than 10 minutes the entire amount of credits will be deducted. The exception is in the case of disconnection due to a technical problem. Every additional minute of your conversation costs additional 10 credits, irrespective of the duration of your conversation.
If the conversation does not take place, the deposit of 100 credits is refunded to you automatically.
Each call is billed separately.
